I have always felt that I was destined to study a martial art, however through my life I have always been left disappointed with the various clubs I have joined. As soon as I joined Choi Kwang Do at Leatherhead, I found myself immediately making new friends and beginning the journey I have always been waiting to start.

Choi Kwang Do is a powerful exception to the "train to compete" attitude of the vast majority of martial arts' clubs. By training at my own pace and being treated as an equal from the get go, I have been able to progress and develop much faster and much more enjoyably than I could ever have anticipated. The skills I have learned and continue to learn here expand well beyond being able to defend myself, and are relevant in all areas of life.

The confidence, discipline, support, exercise and most importantly the fun that I have found here has yet to be matched anywhere else. Choi Kwang Do continues to amaze and inspire me with every lesson I attend.
